Meet Chef Chris
In 2012, after graduating from culinary school in Lake Charles,LA, I made the bold decision to move to California. There, I had the incredible opportunity to be trained under the guidance of celebrity Chef Alen Greeley at The Golden Truffle in Costa Mesa. My uncle, Chef Lanney Smith, played a significant role in setting me this path, and since then, I’ve been fully dedicated to honing my culinary skills. My passion lies in exploring and embracing the bold and soulful flavors that define the richness of Louisiana cuisine.
